The 2007 NORCAR Halloween Classic was held this past weekend at, “The Gate” in Maple Heights, Ohio. This event brought in the top carpet on-road racers from all over the mid-west to compete on this super high traction track. Four rounds of qualifying were ran using the rocket round format to determine the starting grid with single A Mains to determine the champion.

Team Orion/Kyosho Factory Driver Josh Cyrul made the 3 hour drive from Michigan to attend this years classic.

The competition was very close in the Pro Touring Modified Class. After qualifying was complete, it was Cyrul that had set the Tq by over 2 seconds! Josh chose a Team Orion 7×1 OJ Edition Revolution Motor to power his way to the front.

At the start of the tone, Cyrul got a good jump and pulled away from the field. After avoiding many close calls with lap traffic, it was Cyrul who crossed the finish line first and unchallenged for the win!

Equipment Used:
ORI29091 Revolution OJ Edition 7×1
ORI41094 Revolution Brushes 3.8 - OJ Sprint
ORI41382 Revolution Springs 3.8 - .32mm 9-coil
ORI30117 Team Orion Advantage Charger
Ratio 8.6:1

They actually performed so well, they are now proudly included with the new and exclusive, Limited Edition G4+. You now have a shock with is not only smoother and stronger but also easier to use. They are fully compatible with the majority of on-road cars, especially Team Magic’s on-road range.
