The Kyosho Inferno ST-RR is the new, 2008 ROAR 1:8 Truck National Champion! The ST-RR is the most evolved, high-performance off-road machine in the truggy class, which is why it’s the choice of the new National Champion, Ryan Mayfield, and runner-up Ryan Cavalieri. Both Associated drivers have their choice of truck, and both picked the ST-RR over other trucks that were offered at no charge. Mayfield and Cavalieri know what Team Kyosho has known for a long time - there’s simply no match for the quality, durability and performance of the ST-RR. A total of seven ST-RR trucks qualified for the final — more than double the next closest manufacturer.
