Team Orion Factory Driver Ryan Cavalieri has just swept the Jimmy Babcock Racing League (JBRL) Nitro Series!

he JBRL Nitro Series hit 1 track every month for the past 8 months. Points were awarded to each driver by their finishing order for each round. Each round also offered 1 bonus point for each race attended and another bonus point for overall TQ in each class. Throughout the entire series the battle for the Championship was between Team Orion Factory Drivers Ryan Cavalieri and Cody King. Both Ryan and Cody missed one round due to a racing conflict, so they only had 1 throw-out. Each driver had to take their 6 best finishes out of 7. In the Pro Buggy Class the Championship came down to the last round at Hot Rod Hobbies. Cavaleri went on to win the main event which then tied him and Cody for the overall win. The tie break went to throw-outs where Cavalieri edged out King by only 1 point. Team Orion had 5 engines in the top 10 for the overall series making it half the field!

In the Pro Truggy Class it was all Cavalieri. Ryan TQ’ed and Won 4 of the 7 rounds he attended easily giving him the overall Championship. His Team Orion Teamage Cody King once again showed his consistancy finishing a very respectable 2nd overall for the series.
