LRP and MSC Eppelheim are the hosts of the 11th annual LRP Touring Car Masters taking place in the Rhein-Neckar-Hall in Eppelheim near Heidelberg from 28th to 30th March 2008.

The international R/C Car Elite fights for fame and glory:

Reigning World Champion Andy Moore/GB, European Champion Ronald Völker/D, 2WD Off-road World Champion Mastsuzaki Hayato/JAP, Ex-World Champions Marc Rheinard/D and Atsushi Hara/JAP, last years TCM-Winner Juho Levänen/FIN, and many more.
Rules Update:

Battery rules for the Masters class:

Because of multiple requests by drivers the batteries on the 2008 Efra list are also allowed in the Masters class. The 2008 Efra list is actually effective for races from 1st April 2008 but many drivers already bought these new batteries so we decided to allow them. Attached to this newsletter you will find the 2007 and 2008 Efra lists as PDFs. Batteries you can not find on these lists or batteries with other heat shrinks are not allowed in the Masters class!
EFRA cell list 2007 and 2008 can be downloaded in the LRP download area!

Brushless motors for the LRP-HPI-Challenge classes:

The LRP Vector X11 “Stock Spec” 9.5T for the Super-Stock Challenge (former 17T) will be available by 99% direct at the TCM. The LRP Eraser “Stock Spec” 13.5T will sadly not be available until the LRP TCM. The regulated gear ratio for the brushless motors in the Stock and the Super-Stock Challenge is 1:5,80. You may also use larger ratios (e.g. 1:6,0). In our internet-forum at www.LRP-HPI-Challenge.com the drivers are asked to be active and to make proposals to find the best spur gear/pinion combination for each car.

VTEC complete wheels and tyres:

As announced VTEC 30R complete wheels (for Masters class drivers) and VTEC tyres (for LRP-HPI-Challenge drivers that want to use their own inserts) will be available at the TCM. The production of the popular VTEC tyres is now again running on full speed and all accumulated orders will be delivered step by step.

Dear friends, dear drivers,

the date, when many top European drivers are meeting near Prague is oncoming again. This time, it is already the sixth annual race of radio controled cars,

As always, it is a great pleasure for me to invite you to the “Sport Centrum” in the town of Brandýs nad Labem in the days of 16th - 18th November 2007.
Since the year 2002 we have been meeting on the same place and lots of the best drivers from many European countries have already attended this race. I am looking forward to meet again drivers such as Jilles Groskamp from Holland, Martin Hudy from Slovakia, Andreas Myrberg from Sweden and other top drivers from Austria, Germany, Denmark, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and of course from Czech Republic.
