
Most racers have multiple engines but most cars and boats have only room for 1 engine.
That means that 1 or more engines are stored somewhere in the racing gear.
The plastic bag where the engine comes in when brought new gives some good protection but it is not dust & oil proof.
With these 3 plastic ’safe storage plugs’ which can be placed over the carburetor, fuel nipple and exhaust port to close them fully and keeping dust and debris outside the engine, and oil inside the engine.
These ’safe storage plugs’ are sold in a package of 3 plugs covering all openings on the engine and are available for both 3,5cc/ 4,66cc engines and 2,10cc/2,5cc engines (NOVA/REX/TOP)

NOVAROSSI WORLD S.r.l. is proud to announce this race in South Africa which is organized by our distributor: Hobby warehouse.
This race is held on the 9th of december 2007 in a format which is very far from any normal known format (EFRA/IFMAR), and the most important thing:

The newest engine that comes from our R&D team is a pure racing bred engine, and it is an exact replica of the engine that Collari used to win our 9th World Championship title with.
The 35 PLUS 21 LC “Cordoba Edition” has an all-new carburettor.
Made from a different kind of alloy and combined with the integrated cooling fins will it keep the temperature of the fuel down before it will enter the engine’s internals.
The cooling fins will also reduce the overall mass of the engine; this improves the performance of your 1:8 On-road racing car.

The UK Novarossi winter series couldn’t have started any better.
Hosted by a new club and with all new equipment the guys put on a smooth trouble free event.
New pit lane lights and track lights helped to control the racing all computer controlled.
In qualification David Spashett took round one but then Darren Bloomfield took control and put on a qualifying display taking rounds 2 and 3 plus setting anew track record at the same time!
His speed carried over into the final and no-one could get close.
Reece Sawyer had a hard time in qualification but bumped to the main final with some solid consistant
driving, to then find his Gremlins returning with only one minute left in the final taking him out of the top three.

With the 2007 1:8 IFMAR World Championship just behind us, and with Collari’s stunning 8th title win we dug in our archives and we found that Lamberto Collari won the WC title with NOVAROSSI engines 6 times.

For the second consecutive year NOVAROSSI WORLD S.r.l. wins the very competitive UK
National 200mm Championship, Team Nova Rossi driver Darren Johnson dominated
the series by taking 6 TQ’s and 4 A Final wins from the 8 round series.
NOVAROSSI WORLD S.r.l. also claimed 2nd place in the series thanks to UK NOVAROSSI WORLD S.r.l.
driver Stephen Brown, who won the Brooklands race and took TQ at the Halifax
race, together with many podium finishes.
