No official PR yet, but Trinity says this new engine built specifically for truggy racing is a .24 with a very “square” design (which means the bore and stroke dimensions are very similar). The displacement was chosen for the optimum blend of torque and speed rather than a “bigger is always better” philosophy, according to Trinity.

EXTECH Nitro X3 Clutch System for the Kyosho, Mugen & X-Ray.

The EXTECH Nitro X3 Clutch System is a 3 shoe clutch that allows you 3 different spring adjustments without removing the springs and shoes. Now you can easily dial in your clutch for track conditions in a few minutes at most.

Adjustments are made by removing the nut and clutch bell. The inner adjuster is lifted up and rotated to the next position to adjust the spring tension. Saves lots of time in the pits on race morning. No more springs and shoe issues every time you need to adapt your power to changing track conditions.

Includes: (1) carbon and (2) aluminum shoes, (shoes can be mixed and matched for track conditions). (1) 13 tooth clutch bell.

Trinity is releasing two new products for their TC line—a car/gear bag and transmitter carrier. The T-10 bag is designed for 1/10-scale vehicles and is modeled after their larger 1/8-scale bag, featuring a removable tool try, plastic drawers and a collapsible handle. The TT transmitter bag fits all radios currently on the market and has an external storage compartment. These products will be available in May, and you’re sure to find them around the racetrack at that time!
