The Strat Trek is designed to work well for most track conditions, but less hard packed tracks with a little loam or moisture. The drier the track, the harder the compound of tire you shoud use (i.e. Blue when very wet, Red when dry). Note that this tire has less side bite than the Sweep Battle Start tires, so if the traction is very high you might consider this tire to avoid traction rolling.
