The 2008 Revo Platinum Edition is designed specifically for the pro racer. We took everything we learned from 6 national championships and packed it all into the most advanced, high-performance racing monster truck ever created. The same forward-thinking technology, high-tech materials, and unsurpassed engineering that continue to set Revo apart from the pack are further magnified on the Revo Platinum Edition. All the exclusive factory team parts and trick setups are integrated into a lean and mean racing chassis that’s engineered just for the track. Key enhancements include a larger 150cc fuel tank; strengthened axle housings with 17mm aluminum wheel hub adapters; center differential and rear brakes; innovative new Response Pro tires; larger, high-flow air filter; compact receiver box and servo mount; and powerful, dual digital high-torque steering servos. For performance running in any weather Traxxas® now offers two waterproof solutions. The high-torque #2056 servo offers 80 oz/in of torque for powerful steering or throttle response. In stock trim the new E-Maxx® (#3905) is equipped with a Brushless Ready™ single speed transmission that is optimized for all-around running. The accessory Two-Speed Conversion Kit offers another dimension of versatility and performance for E-Maxx owners who want the option of stump-pulling torque and high-speed passes. The included waterproof sub-micro servo actuates the internal shift fork with the push of a button from a three channel transmitter (sold separately).
The first ratio gear sets allow custom tuning for various applications and performance preferences. The close ratio first gear set is ideal for running through grass, mud bogging, and hill climbing; while the wide ratio first gear set delivers an amazing 50:1 final drive ratio for climbing serious terrain.
The extended quick release battery hold downs for E-Maxx® make it easy to install small or large format, multi-cell battery packs. Stock E-Maxx hold downs offer the options of 23mm and 25mm of clearance for standard 6-or 7-cell NiMH battery packs. The reversible accessory hold downs offer additional options for both larger and smaller batter packs. Foam spacers are included to center the battery packs for optimum clearance and weight distribution.

The Traxxas® Revo® wing and wing mount are the latest additions to the performance accessory line-up for the undefeated National Champion Revo 3.3. The combination of the adjustable deflection angle, wing height, and the unique wing design allow tuning options for any track condition and driving style. Run a rear wing on Revo for increased highspeed stability and cornering traction, added engine and chassis protection, an extremely controllable and level flight path while jumping, and a useful way to carry your truck. The heavy-duty wing attaches to a reinforced, adjustable mount.
The wing mount kit includes the mount, hardware, and installation instructions. The wing is available separately in white, black, or the new Exo-Carbon finish.
