Serpent 1/12 scale pancar S120 Link. Link version of the successfull S120 1/12 scale pan-car ( 400 001). High performance 1/12 scale pan chassis, with nicely machined carbon fibre and aluminium parts. Superb fully adjustable front end creates loads of steering. The opening round of the Irish EP National Championships took over the weekend in Bangor, Northern Ireland, where Serpent driver Michael Byrne took a convincing victory in the 1:12 class.  A leading driver in 1:8 Onroad Nitro racing in Ireland, Michael only took up electric racing late last year as a way to practice during the wet winter months but over the weekend was the class of the field.

Taking TQ honours he went on to dominate both finals with his S120, which was running on Xceed tyres, from regular 1:12 front runner Jim Heal’s CRC.  Following his win Michael, who is expecting delivery next week of a new Serpent 966 for his 2010 1:8 Onroad campaign, says he now plans to contest the full EP National Championship.

Mark Green raced the Serpent S120 at the 4th round of the Carpet wars and Tq-ed and won the event, doing soem very fast laps / heats again.

Serpent’s next big entry into the emerging 1/12 scale pancar class.

Aside the original Serpent S120 T-bar car, Serpent also developed the Link version 1/12 scale pancar and will market both types of cars !

Serpent pan-car developers Markus Mobers and Paul Ciccarello, both with over 20 years of pan car racing experience, created this new masterpiece, assisted by Billy Easton and Michael Salven.

The S120 Link shares the innovative, strong and super-steering front end with its sister S120 T, with all set-up options as before:  caster, width, height, roll-center, ackermann and toe.

In the set-up section of the S120 you can find the ROAR nationals 13.5 TQ, 17.5 setup.
